1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Not show signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup, washing, stains, alteration, or wear.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival:

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or final sale promotions.

Personalized, customized, or altered items.

Gift cards, if applicable.

Innerwear, intimate wear, socks, masks, or any hygiene-sensitive items, if applicable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support email] with:

Unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may request an exchange for:

Eligible product replacement,

Another item of equal value, where approved.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.
